Engineering for High-Density Industrial Heating
We built these halogen lamps for engineers who need serious heat in a seriously small space. These aren’t your average bulbs. They’re industrial heaters, pure and simple—built to deliver fast, focused infrared heat for the toughest processes.
Let’s Get Into the Tech
Here’s the heart of it: power density. These lamps crank out between 2500W and 3000W, all powered by a 400V high-voltage supply. That high voltage means less current for the same wattage. So you can run smaller wiring and not worry about voltage dropping off over distance. And the 300mm tube? It focuses all that output into a tight spot, giving you a precise heating profile exactly where you need it.
What They’re Made Of
We wrap these lamps in high-purity quartz. It’s tough enough to handle the extreme heat inside and the shock of rapid on-off cycling. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, which means a longer life and steady, reliable output. And the R7s double-ended connector? It’s the standard for this size. It gives you a solid, low-resistance connection and makes these lamps a straight-up drop-in replacement for what’s already in your fixtures.
Where They Shine (And What to Watch For)
These are perfect for jobs that need heat, fast—think PET blowing or thermoforming. The concentrated heat means your cycle times are quick. But that intensity also means the fixture and the machinery around it feel the heat. A 2500W tube packs a serious punch, so your machine’s cooling system has to be up to the task. You get rock-solid performance, but you’ve got to plan for the heat.
