The Power Behind the Heat
We designed this lamp to deliver a lot of punch in a small space. It runs at 400V, which keeps the wiring on the shop floor simple and clean—no need to wrestle with oversized cables. And with a 300mm tube length, all that heat is focused right where you need it. That means your temperature ramps up fast, and you stay in tight control over the heated zone. Perfect for lines that never slow down.
Built to Keep Working
Inside, you’ve got a shortwave infrared halogen element sitting inside a quartz tube. We chose quartz because it handles rapid heating and cooling without breaking a sweat, so performance stays steady even when you’re cycling on and off all day. The tube also has a specialized coating that helps focus the energy and shields the filament, so the lamp stays consistent through long shifts. And we went with an R7s connector because it’s a standard you already know. That makes this lamp a straight swap for many existing fixtures. Less downtime. You wire it in, and you’re back to work.
Where It Shines
On finishing and spray lines, heat control is usually the bottleneck. This lamp responds instantly and zeroes in on the target, which helps you shorten cycle times and get a cleaner, more consistent finish. It puts out 400V at 2500W, so the heat density is serious.
